This is a huge week for members of the PocketFives.com community. Over two days, Wednesday and Thursday, the site is shoveling out $30,000 in added prizes. You read that right, $30,000 in added prizes. Entering into a new arrangement with PokerSourceOnline.com, PocketFives.com has decided to start the relationship off with a bang, which means a multitude of ways to make your dollar go a little further in the online poker world. On Wednesday, May 16, promotions on PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker could score you seats into the largest online tournaments available. On Thursday, May 17, the focus shifts to promotions on Gnuf.com and Players Only. The $30,000 in added prizes marks a huge opportunity for all PocketFivers.

On Thursday afternoon at 2:30pm ET, Gnuf.com is beginning its WSOP Main Event Seat Qualifier tournament. Gnuf.com will be running three tournaments over the next three weeks with three different buyins. This week's buy-in will be $10 + $1. The winner of each of the three tournaments will receive an added prize of a $1,000 Gnuf.com Invitational Seat. Then, those three players will compete in a three-man tournament for a $10,000 WSOP Main Event seat. Gnuf.com only takes non-U.S. players, so this gives many PocketFivers a chance to compete in what could be a smaller field with a lot at stake. You need to sign up using the PocketFives link in order to be eligible for the Gnuf.com tournaments. The link to use can be found here: Gnuf.com.

Finally, on Thursday evening at 8:30pm ET, Players Only is throwing in 100 $50 seats into its Sunday $25,000 Guaranteed tournament. The site, a member of the Cake Poker network, accepts U.S. players only. The buyin is $10 + $1 and many PocketFivers should be able to deposit using their credit cards, meaning scoring one of the $50 seats is even easier. If only 99 PocketFivers play in this event, all of them will get $50 seats. If 150 PocketFivers play, 130 of them will get seats. If 300 play, 160 will get seats. No matter what, there are going to be a lot of winners in this tournament. You need to sign up using the PocketFives link in order to be eligible for the Players Only tournament and you may have to use Internet Explorer to access this link while Players Only works out issues with other browsers. The link to use can be found here: Players Only.

***Below tourneys have now already passed!***

On Wednesday afternoon at 2:30pm ET, P5ers can head over to PokerStars for a $1 Turbo Rebuy Satellite Blowout with 30 $215 Sunday Million seats added to the prize pool. For a few bucks, you can have some fun in the $1 tournament and score yourself a Sunday Million seat. The tournament is available in the Private Tournaments tab on PokerStars and the password is fives. This tournament should be a lot of fun and it’s open to anyone with a PokerStars account.

On Wednesday evening at 8:30pm ET, grab yourself a seat in the $1.5 million guarantee Full Tilt Online Poker Series Main Event by playing in a $24 + $2 tournament on Full Tilt Poker. Ten FTOPS Main Event seats will be added, each worth $535. This is an incredible opportunity to turn $26 into several hundred thousand dollars. The PocketFives.com tournament is posted in the lobby of Full Tilt Poker and the password is fives. Don’t miss out on your chance to get in the FTOPS Main Event Satellite Blowout! It’s open to anyone with a Full Tilt account.

PocketFives.com Co-Founder Adam Small comments on the upcoming promotions: “We’ve always been looking for opportunities to give back to the community, and now that we’ve teamed up with PSO, we’ve got the opportunity to have some really great promotions. Most of our promotional tournaments in the past have been geared towards U.S. users. We hope to be more inclusive this time around, having some tournaments that are convenient for U.S. members and some that are more convenient for our members across the Atlantic. This is certainly a sign of things to come on PocketFives.”

These four tournaments on Wednesday and Thursday promise to be profitable for many PocketFivers. More information can be found on the Wednesday promotions by clicking here and on the Thursday promotions by clicking here.
