I'm looking forward to the whole Costa Rica experience. I've been doing fairly well in the last few days as well. I made a major comeback in a small PL 0/8 tourney on Paradise, from 47 chips at 50-100 with 25 left to a 5th place finish and got 5th in the Stars 4:30 rebuy for a little score. I did the little promo for UB yesteday, the sitngo madness and that was a lot of fun as well. I had a little more fun with it and played fairly loose for the most part. The most fun was getting 2nd in a 50+5 chip tourney where Coderman1 gave me a pretty good battle and finally took me down after around 160 hands, good job and I hope you do something with them chips! <READMORE>

I've been a bit stressed in general and am going to see a relaxation guy who did wonders for me when I worked for a talent agency in NYC a few years back. He does a little hypnosis and a little therapy and is excited I'm playing poker because he wants to try a few things out so I can do bluffs perfectly (well, at least from a facial standpoint). I don't think I give much away typically, but you can always do better. An old pro says doing yoga does a great deal for him when he has to deal with Ye Ole Staredown. I think if you are totally relaxed it really helps your game, I mean look at Danny Negreanu, guy is so relaxed he's comatose, can't argue with that. You gotta have fun out there and sometimes I'm not and there is no reason for it. You should be happy if you make decisions, let the cards fall where they may, yada yada....

I'm trying to figure out a way to play a few events at the WSOP before Costa Rica, but if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen. I feel like I'm a little more positive now and I'm trying to do everything to maintain it. I bought SS2 and am looking forward to reading the whole damm thing.

Good Luck all.
