Nevada Weekday Tournament Review for September 26, 2014
This week in Nevada, eight PocketFives members showed up at the final tables this week. Two of them, Josh Reynolds(ranked #5 in Nevada) and Daniel voff Deveau (pictured – ranked #27 in Nevada), finished in first place.
WSOP.com ran all four regularly scheduled $3,000 events in addition to having four of the Anniversary Series events running. All of their events exceeded the guarantees. There were 536 runners with a total prize pool of $33,755 vying for 73 spots.
The player with the highest cash win in the Nightly $3000 events was ‘voffvoffvoff’ with a payout of $1,449, taking down Wednesday night’s event. Deveau placed third on Thursday night’s event for $560 and now has over $13,000 in online cashes for 2014.
The player with the highest cash win in the Anniversary Series events was ‘mlawson’ in Event #6, Wednesday, winning $2,214. He has over $14K in winnings this year.
This week Ultimate Poker held three of their four regularly scheduled tournaments, the $2,000 Nightly events. There were 65 runners generating a prize pool of $6,779 and paying a total of 11 spots.
The highest cash this week went to bansman and wilber, each winning $1064 in Monday’s and Wednesday’s events respectively.
