Nevada Weekend Tournament Review for December 2, 2013
This weekend in Nevada saw Ultimate Poker run ten events with guarantees of $1,000 or more. There were 526 runners fighting for the 85 prize spots available totaling $29,140. The player with the highest individual cash was ‘Gerald’ in the Sunday $10,000 for $2,639.
Adding to his successful run of late, ‘BobbyM’ had three cashes this weekend, adding another $593 to his bankroll. ‘Fill IV’ scored a first place win Sunday in the $2,500 for $1,237. ‘JaminOnFaces had two fifth place cashes, adding more than $830 to his roll. ‘RedMike99’ues added to his wins, cashing in two events for $961.
‘Rick2007’ had two cashes totaling $564. On Saturday, ‘Xaston’ had a second place in the $2,500 and won $933. ‘yogurteater’ had a second place cash that won him $801. ‘your welcome’ cashed twice for $695. ‘AgoRapHoBik’ had a win on Saturday for $1,383, only his second since November 10. Amazingly, TeamU Pro Phil ‘USCphido’ Collins took down the Sunday $3,000 and Friday $2,500 for over $2,600 total.
WSOP.com kicked off its weekend with seven events consisting of three $3,000s, three $1,000s, and a $15,000 event on Sunday. WSOP.com had 619 runners vying for the 107 available prizes totaling $29,345. The player with the highest individual cash this weekend on WSOP.com was ‘TimTebow’ in the Sunday $15,000 for $4,350.
Other first place finishers included ‘asran’ in a $3,000 on Saturday for $915, ‘bansman’ on Friday in a $3,000 for $960, ‘bigvinny’ on Friday in a $1,000 for $430, ‘brazilnut’ on Sunday in a $3,000 for $1,051, ‘bunnight’ on Sunday in a $1,000 for $411, and ‘jimmyd381’ on Saturday for $446 in a $1,000.
