In Nevada, WSOP.com kicked off its weekend with seven major events including the Weekend Warm-Up $5,000 Guarantee and the Re-Entry R&A $3,000 Guarantee on Saturday as well as the Freezeout and $15,000 Weekly Sunday Guarantee on Sunday.

WSOP.com had 493 runners vying for the 68 available prizes totaling $56,865. One of the events was a $215 buy-in with the top prize of an entry to the 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event worth $10,000.

The player with the highest individual prize this weekend on WSOP.com was Ronitin the WSOP Main Event Qualifier, winning a $10,000 seat.

PocketFives member Butters won the highest cash prize this weekend, taking down the Sunday $15,000 for $5,936. He also won the Saturday $3,000 Re-Entry event for another $1,050. On WSOP.com, Butters has won over $40,000 and on Ultimate Poker, he has won over $15,000. This is just for events that we record. He typically plays in at least five tourneys nightly as well as cash games.

This weekend saw Ultimate Poker run five major events. For the next five weeks, “Chase the Dream” has been added to the Sunday lineup with payouts of $5,000 for first and second. There were 365 runners fighting for the 35 prize spots available, totaling $29,960.

The players with the highest individual cashes were ohcoconutand RunninGoodMCin the Chase the Dream event on Sunday. Each player took home $5,000. That event had an overlay of $9,252, as the guarantee was not met.
