Nevada Weekend Tournament Review for September 29, 2014

In Nevada, eight PocketFives members cashed in 14 events this weekend for a combined total of $9,300. Only voffmanaged to secure a win: the Saturday WSOP.com $3K for $1,228. beastmaster made four final tables for over $3,400.

WSOP.com kicked off its weekend with seven major events including the Weekend Warm-Up $5,000 Guarantee and Re-Entry R&A $3,000 Guarantee on Saturday and the Freezeout and $15,000 Weekly Sunday Guarantee. The Anniversary Series completed this weekend with Event #8 on Friday and Event #9, the final event of the series, on Saturday. Three of the regularly scheduled events this weekend did not meet their guarantees, resulting in overlays totaling $8,220.

WSOP.com had 546 runners vying for the 81 available prizes totaling $56,945. The player with the highest individual cash was paugokuin the Anniversary Series Event #9, winning $4,500 for first place.

This weekend saw Ultimate Poker run four major events .There were 176 runners fighting for the 22 prize spots available, totaling $17,507. The player with the highest individual cash was m1a1tank19kin the Sunday $10,000 for $2,500. That event had an overlay of $719, as the guarantee was not met.
