Nevada Weekend Tournament Review for September 8, 2014

In Nevada, WSOP.com kicked off its weekend with six of its seven scheduled major events including the Weekend Warm-Up $5,000 Guarantee and Re-Entry R&A $3,000 Guarantee on Saturday and the Freezeout and $15,000 Guarantee on Sunday. The Weekly-Warm-Up and the Re-Entry did not meet their guarantees, creating overlays.

WSOP.com had 352 runners vying for the 50 available prizes totaling $34,638. The player with the highest individual cash was MrTerry007in the Sunday $15,000 for $4,534. It was the first time that MrTerry007 has cashed in Sunday $15,000 this year.

This weekend saw Ultimate Poker run four major events. There were 134 runners fighting for the 20 prize spots available, totaling $16,324. The Sunday $10,000 had an overly of $3,266, as its guarantee was not meet.

The player with the highest individual cash was OnTopin the Sunday $10,000 for $3,200. It was the first time that OnTop has reached a final table this year.

JaminOnFaces (pictured above) had two second place finishes this weekend, adding over $2,700 to his cashes on Ultimate Poker, which now total over $58,000.
