New Jersey Weekend Tournament Review for December 9, 2013
This weekend in New Jersey, we saw a player take down the Party/Borgata Poker$50,000 Guarantee Sunday major on back-to-back Sundays. MikeyCasinosurvived a field of 179 players last Sunday and a larger 265-player field this week. The increase in player pool was anticipated, as Borgata now offers this Sunday Major as part of its tournament lineup. MikeyCasino’s total take for winning both events was $15,140.
GB2005 (GB2005on PocketFives) made a deep run in the $50K Guarantee, finishing in eighth place. That follows up his eighth place finish last Sunday in the WSOP $25K Guarantee.
UrMyAtmToday (curiousgeorge77on PocketFives) took down the WSOP $10K Guarantee on Friday night, two days after he took down the same $10K Guarantee on Wednesday. Vudores (vudores on PocketFives) finished third in the WSOP $10K Guarantee on Saturday night. He finished first and sixth in two $5Ks during the week.
