The partypoker Garden State Super Series IV is the next big online series for New Jersey players.

Online poker players in New Jersey can go ahead and circle the dates – February 28 – March 13 – on their calendar for the next installment of the partypoker Garden State Super Series. Over those 14 days players will be able to grind away, event after event, day after day, in pursuit of their share of the $1,000,000 in guarantees.

There are 62 tournaments as part of the GSSS IV schedule, with buy-ins ranging from $20 to $1,060, ensuring there’s something for every bankroll. The first five tournaments take place February 28 with the Main Event running two weeks later, on March 13.

The Main Event is a $215 buy-in No Limit Hold’em tournament with a $150,000 guaranteed prize pool. It’s a re-entry event and promises to attract some of the very best online players in the Garden State. That event is part of $285,000 in guaranteed prize pools on the final day.

Three, four, or five tournaments take place every day during GSSS IV and, if you’re interested in winning a satellite to get in, they start at $1.

For the high-rollers out there, there’s a $535 buy-in No Limit Hold’em Re-Entry tournament on March 1 that has a $20,000 guaranteed prize pool. Another $535 buy-in, $20,000 guarantee takes place one week later on March 8. The GSSS IV High Roller Event, a $1,060 buy-in tournament with $75,000 guaranteed, takes place on March 13 and begins an hour after the Main Event.

For those working with a smaller bankroll, there are three $20 buy-in tournaments on the GSSS IV docket. Event #15 is a $20 No Limit Hold’em Rebuy with a $10,000 guaranteed prize pool that takes place on March 2. One day later, Event #19 will begin. It’s a $20 buy-in Pot Limit Omaha Six-Max Rebuy with a $5,500 guaranteed prize pool. The third and final $20 buy-in tournament is another No Limit Hold’em Rebuy on March 5 that has a $5,000 guarantee.

GSSS IV tournaments are only open to players in New Jersey on partypoker and Borgata Poker. However, anyone from any state can participate, but they must be physically located in New Jersey in order to do so.

GSSS III took place last October and had 43 events, making the 2016 schedule 19 events larger. The GSSS III Main Event ended up with 764 entrants and a prize pool that nearly hit $153,000. ‘selsk32285‘ walked away with the victory and earned $27,000 officially after defeating ‘dgago003‘ heads-up. The top three finishers all banked five-figures.

GSSS II ran in January 2015 and had 69 total events, which consisted of 23 different tournaments with three different buy-in levels similar to PokerStars’ popular Spring Championship of Online Poker. GSSS I, which happened in 2014, featured technical difficulties during the series’ Main Events, but that hasn’t stopped GSSS from being run three more times.

New Jersey residents can sign-up for partypoker or Borgata Poker now to get in on the GSSS IV action.
