Latest Blog: Recap of FTOPS/ My First Blog
Fresh off his January “The Well” post that appeared on PocketFives.com, Anderson broke down his ride through the 15th Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS). He finished 10th in Event #2 of FTOPS XV, a $256 Omaha High-Low Knockout tournament. After sitting in third place on the leaderboard with 11 players remaining, Anderson dropped to seventh with 10 to go. He recalled his demise from the event: “I had A2K7 (King high hearts) and had to reshove and got called by A279 (Ace high hearts) and he rivered the nut flush and there was no low draw so gg me 10th place for $2,500. I could’ve folded to try to make the ft but that’s not the way I play poker and A2xx is pretty much the nuts in Omaha Hi Lo.” Anderson also sent a few well-deserved shout outs to his comrades who cashed during FTOPS XV.
