One of the biggest jumps inside the top 100 of the PocketFives Online Poker Rankingsthis week went to Ukraine’s gosuoposum1, who rocketed from #49 to #25, or 24 spots. The reason was simple: a win in the PokerStars Sunday 500 for $54,000 over the weekend, which was good for 536 PLB Points. He is up to 240 wins in online MTTs and has $3.6 million in winnings.

The top 10 worldwide largely stayed constant this week, the lone exception being the addition of Vienna’s huiiiiiiiiii(pictured above) who moved up from #13 to #9. The Austrian took down the Full TiltSunday Major three days ago for $30,000 and is up to $3.4 million in winnings online. He is the #2 ranked player in the Austria poker community.

It’s rare to see players enter the top 100 any higher than #50 in the world, but don’t tell that to UK’s makkapakk, who debuted at #33. This is his all-time high mark in the Rankings and came by virtue of a win in the Sunday Million over the weekend for $191,000 officially. In terms of the PLB, his victory was good for 1,122 points and he is $52,000 away from hitting $2 million in online winnings.

Italy’s RoccoGe(pictured) rose 34 spots to settle at #45 this week. He won the PokerStars Sunday $100 Rebuy for $38,000 and has $1.6 million in online winnings, about one-third of which has come from PokerStars, where he plays under the handle sephirot88. He has 2,287 tracked cashes for an average of $733 apiece. He has had success in the live world as well, as RoccoGe is ranked #378 on GPI and has one World Series of Poker bracelet.

Also entering the top 100 this week was Romania’s gigibaston, who debuted at #56, his all-time highest mark. He won the PokerStars Bigger $162 on Sunday for $34,000 and 449 PLB Points, one of four wins since June 27. He got his $1 million cash badge on July 7 and finished second in the Sunday Million two years ago for nearly $150,000.
