New Jersey Weekday Tournament Review for March 14, 2014

It was a very busy and productive week in New Jersey online poker for PocketFivers. In the Party/Borgata $10K Guarantee nightly tournament, Jaybone2315 (Jaybone2315 on PocketFives) took it down on Monday, winning $2,000 after a heads-up chop. Nickdevo1 (nickdevo1 on PocketFives) won the Party/Borgata $10K on Thursday, banking $2,056.

New Jersey Weekend Tournament Review for April 7, 2014

This weekend in the PartyPoker/Borgata Poker $50,000 Guarantee Sunday Major, a familiar face was seen in the winner's circle. Mike Azzaro, who plays as MikeyCasino, outlasted a field of 304 runners to win the tournament, taking home $11,248. If you recall, Azzaro won the Party/Borgata $50,000 Guarantee on December 1 and then again on December 8 for a total of $15,140.

NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship Nixed for 2014

Confirmed by PokerNews and CardPlayer, the NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship will not take place in 2014. Neteller Re-Launching in the United States

According to a press release on Monday, Optimal Payments will launch an all-new Neteller in the United States in coordination with a "federally-insured US financial institution sponsor." WSOP APAC, Europe to Alternate Years Starting in 2014

In an announcement made last week, World Series of Poker Europe will not run in 2014 and instead will be supplanted by WSOP Asia-Pacific (WSOP APAC for short).
