New Jersey Weekend Tournament Review for September 7, 2015

This weekend in New Jersey, the PartyPoker network lowered its nightly guarantees in anticipation of a lower player pool for the Labor Day holiday. PocketFiver MistaMenza won the PartyPoker/Borgata $3,000 Guarantee and also finished third in the network's $7,500 Guarantee on the same night for a total of $3,168. Shares of Amaya Gaming Drop 28% on Tuesday

It has been a rough week for investors of Amaya Gaming, the parent company of PokerStars and Full Tilt. WSOP Monster Stack Draws 7,192 Entrants, Down 8% from 2014

The World Series of Poker Monster Stack held its second of two starting days on Saturday. While the attendance figure of 7,192 entrants was down about 8% from last year, it's still the third straight weekend of massive crowds at poker's most prestigious tournament series. Prior weekends have featured the Millionaire Maker ($1,500 buy-in, 7,275 entrants) and Colossus ($565, 22,374 entrants).

Tournament Review for June 15, 2015

Longtime PocketFives member busto_soon of the Netherlands was victorious in the PokerStars Sunday Million over the weekend and took home $170,385 as a result. The win marked his largest career online tournament cash. KunCheng of China finished second in that event for $126,915, while xkosssx placed fourth for $61,551.
