Tournament Review for November 2, 2015

There was a six-way final table chop over the weekend in the PokerStars Sunday Million that involved three PocketFives members. 211th-ranked McNallyville of Mexico finished 3rd for a payout of $103,755, Bigbluffzinc received $103,237 for 4th place, and Canada's Wesss (ranked #308 worldwide) took home $100,062 for his official 5th place effort.

New Jersey Weekend Tournament Review for November 2, 2015

This weekend in New Jersey, continuing his run-good online was Yong ykwon17 Kwon, who shipped the PartyPoker/Borgata $10,000 Guarantee and the 888 Poker/WSOP $2,500 Guarantee on Sunday night, earning $4,524 total. There was a three-way deal in the PartyPoker/Borgata $50,000 Guarantee, with KingofNJ taking first place for $8,988.

Clutch Hero Hits $2 Million in Online Winnings. That's Clutch.

WPT Axes WPT Championship, Adds Tournament of Champions

The schedule for the final World Poker Tour events of Season XIV was unveiled on Wednesday and included one major change. The WPT Championship as we know it is no more. PPA: RAWA Calls RAWA Hearing "Hypocrisy," "Crony Capitalism"

LAPT Season 9 Schedule Announced, Main Event Buy-Ins Slashed

This week, the schedule for Season 9 of the Latin American Poker Tour, or LAPT, was announced. The series gets underway in January with several major changes, the most major of which is cutting the Main Event buy-ins for LAPT Panama, Uruguay, and Brazil to $1,500. The buy-ins for Season 8 events ranged between $2,500 and $3,300.
