This week's P5s Rankings update features veteran member Steve gboro780 Gross (pictured) who becomes the #1 ranked online poker tournament player in the world after putting together impressive tournament cashes in the first two months of 2009. His outright victory in the Full Tilt Poker FTOPS XI $300 rebuy event in early February was good for $275,600. Last month, he placed 2nd in the Full Tilt $1 Million Guaranteed monthly flagship event for $126,500 and also has a recent victory in the PokerStars $100 rebuy for another $71,600. Online tournament superstar Steven PiKappRaider Burkholder debuts in the top 10 this week; moving up five spots to #8 worldwide thanks to having three online tournament cashes over $200,000 since September of last year. D1rtyR1v3r is up two to #9, Norway's JohnnyBelow climbs five to #16, and caio_pimenta of Brazil is now ranked #26 in the world at online tournament play. Ryan gutshtallin Welch is up 19 to #32 after placing 2nd in the Full Tilt $1k Monday for nearly $57k, govshark2 rises ten to #34, and intervention advances five spots to #35.

Adam Roothlus Levy (pictured) moves all the way up to #39 following his runner-up performance in the FTOPS XI $5,000+$200 high-stakes NLHE event. He took home $387,500 for that effort, and also has a 3rd place showing in the PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up for $53k this month. The Universe and xMONSTERxDONGx are both up nine to #43 and #47 respectively, while Nick agriffrod Mitchell of New York is up 12 to #53 subsequent to his victory in the PokerStars $200 rebuy for $41k over the weekend. PocketFiver babygrand climbs 14 to #56, white_mAmbA is now ranked #68, and Jon PearlJammer Turner ascends ten spots to #73 in the world at online poker tournament play. Pennsylvania's jet5087 had a nice win in the Full Tilt Poker $100 rebuy in January for $71k that has helped him move up to $75, while pokerjamers and Sir Sands enter the rankings this week at #94 and #95. Also new to the rankings this week are JohnnyGStaks (#96), thorladen (#98), gregior (#99), and Julian Verse of Illinois at #100 worldwide.
