You would have to be living under a rock to not know the amazing run M8kingmoves (pictured right) went on throughout the month of July, winning the monthly PLB. In this week’s rankings, the run paid off as he shook his way into the top two in the PocketFives Worldwide Rankings. His run started on the first of July when he took a 2nd in a Stars $100 Rebuy and another 2nd in a Full Tilt $14,500 Guarantee, and then he never looked back. Batista was able to cash for over $390k during the month and now only has top ranked Imper1um above him in the ranks. <READMORE>

Triple Crown winner and former number 1 Annette_15 also stepped up two spots this week and now rests at the 6th ranking. Recently Annette went all the way in the Full Tilt $500k Guaranteed and took home over $117k, and this was just a week after she won the Stars $20 Rebuy for a $10k payday. A pro poll ranking of 2nd also helped fuel her jump to #6 this week. She presently sits in the 3rd position for this month's PLB race.

JohnnyBax (pictured left) is back in the top 10 this week at the 8th rank. Last week Bax took down a Daily 50k on Stars for $15k and placed 2nd in a $100 Rebuy for another $15k. His always high ranking in the pro polls has him at 5th this week as well.

Mattg1983, busto_soon, and apestyles come in at 20th, 22nd, and 24th this week. Matt, also a Triple Crown winner, had a big day on the 4th of August, cashing five times, and then he won an $11k Guaranteed the next day on Full Tilt. Busto_soon also went on a bit of a rampage last week, cashing eight times and winning a Stars $5k Guar. as well as the Super Thursday, the two of which totaled over $10k. He then took 2nd in a $100 Rebuy for another $13k. Continuing his upward movement, apestyles had seven cashes including a win in a Stars $50 buy in and a 4th in a $20 Rebuy.

Allinstevie got a boost to the 31st rank this week with help from his win in the Stars Second Chance and 4th in a $100 Rebuy two Sundays ago for a total of over $63k. His eight spot hop was largely due to those two finishes, as well as his win in a Stars $50 Rebuy for $15k just three days before. Aaronbeen (pictured right) is a couple of spots behind in the 33rd rank after jumping 10 spots this week. Aaron had three wins last week including the $80k Pro Bounty on Absolute for over $31k and almost $7k in an UltimateBet $80k Guaranteed.

Also taking down three MTTs last week was soggyvag2. His wins from FullTilt’s Turbo Hundo, UltimateBet’s $13k Guaranteed, and Stars Wednesday Hundred Fifty Grand gave him a cash total of over $55k and provided for another five spots up in the rankings, as well as a Triple Crown. Arkansas native stpauli111 went up 18 this week to #51 after taking down two big wins in the Stars $100 Rebuy for a combined $83k. He almost had three wins in the week, but in the last, he finished in 4th place for another $15k.

AK87 is at 10th for this month’s PLB and is really racking it up. He made his way to 12 cashes last week and won the Stars $200 rebuy for a little over $62k. He also made three other final tables and had a week’s total close to $76k. Coming in this week 7th on the August PLB is number1pen. He jumped 13 spots from last week to the 78th ranking and played his way to 16 total cashes for the week. His best day came on the 5th when he made four final tables and won a FullTilt $16k Rebuy. Hafizzle final tabled a Stars Nightly Hundred Grand and a $100 Rebuy, giving himself an extra $13k and a helping hand to the 83rd rank.

Entering the top 100 this week were All In At 420, Stamdogg (pictured left), jimmie23, SBRounder, and Mr_BigQueso. All In had a big day the last day of the month with a 5th place finish in the Stars Nightly Hundred Grand for over $7k and a 4th in a FullTilt $55k. The next day, Stamdogg placed 3rd in a Stars $100 Rebuy and 6th in their Wednesday Hundred Fifty Grand, as well as taking 2nd in another $100 Rebuy for $15k more. Jimmie23 also won himself a $100 Rebuy for over $10k, while Mr_BigQueso cashed seven times last week. SBRounder made it past All In At 420 during the Wednesday Hundred Fifty Grand to take 3rd and $20k and also won the Sunday Mulligan on FullTilt for $36k.
