Veteran forum poster and popular online tournament specialist Adam Roothlus Levy (pictured) will be among two PocketFives.com members participating in the 2008 WPT Festa al Lago final table Sunday afternoon at the Bellagio. Day 5 action of the $15,000 buy-in Main Event began on Saturday afternoon with 12 players remaining. Levy was the short stack going in and survived to make the final six-handed televised final table that will air as part of the seventh season of the WPT on Fox Sports Net. Apart from his success in live tournaments, Roothlus recently signed with online poker site UltimateBet and will have approximately 1.4 million chips when play resumes on Sunday.

Team PokerStars member Bertrand ElkY Grospellier will also compete Sunday for the top prize of $1.4 million. Bertrand is best known for his January victory in the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure in the Bahamas for $2 million. He will have a dominating chip lead this afternoon with 6.4 million with the blinds at 50,000-100,000 with 10,000 ante.

Joe Sebok was ousted in ninth place from the World Poker Tour’s Festa al Lago, banking $85,260. With blinds of 50,000-100,000 and a 10,000 ante, Grospellier made it 275,000 and Sebok pushed all in with K-9 offsuit. Grospellier made the call, showing A-9. The board was no help to Sebok and he was sent packing. Five hands before his elimination, he held the second largest chip stack in the room with 2.05 million. Sebok’s loss in the hand gave ElkY a comfortable chip stack to reach the final table. Earlier, Sebok had lost a big pot in a coin flip holding big slick against Olav Von Sachsen’s pocket sevens.

Andrew Good2cu Robl was eliminated in 12th place, pocketing $53,290. With blinds of 20,000-40,000 with a 5,000 ante, Robl pushed from the small blind for nearly 400,000 holding J-10 offsuit, but was called by Sebok, who was in the big blind with A-J. The flop came ace high and Sebok’s hand held. Robl finished third in a $5,000 buy-in Mixed Hold’em event during the 2008 World Series of Poker for $144,000.
