Eleven days ago, PocketFives.com staple Shaun shaundeebDeeb took down the Full Tilt Poker$750,000 Guarantee for $132,000. On Wednesday night, he came out on top of the pack in the $1,050 buy-in No Limit Hold’em Two-Day Event held as part of the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker, or WCOOP. Deeb returned to the felts with a top 10 stack yesterday and walked away with $243,000 in cash and his second WCOOP title. He’s piled up nearly $400,000 this month from those two tournaments alone.

Deeb is a former #1 player in the PocketFives.com Poker Player Rankingsand owns not one, but two Monthly PLB championships. After a short-lived break from tournament poker, Deeb has returned in earnest. On September 12th, he finished third in the PokerStars $45,000 Guarantee for $22,000. He’s also recorded in the money finishes in live tournaments in Monte Carlo, Tallinn, Warsaw, Kiev, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Nassau since the beginning of 2009 according to the HendonMob.

As you’d expect from a two-day tournament with a four-figure buy-in, the final table featured several brand name pros. Taking seventh place was two-time Ultimate BetOnline Championship (UBOC) event winner Greg DuckUHobson (pictured), who banked $42,000. Hobson has a pair of scores for the Rankings that top $400,000 and appropriately he sits at #23 worldwide. Poker pro Shawn buck21 Buchanan took fourth place, while community members HotKarlMCtook fifth for $71,000 and jhwang21finished in ninth for $15,000. Another WCOOP event to play down to a winner on Wednesday was a $265 No Limit Omaha High-Low Knockout (#29). The tournament saw 990 players enter and ROMES_HOME came away with the WCOOP bracelet after a three-way deal. Second place and a $24,000 payday went to StLPride, who took down a $200 Pot Limit Omaha Cubed UBOC event in August for $30,000.

Finishing just outside of the chop was chknpotpie, whose fourth place finish was worth $14,000. Here’s how the final nine looked in the $265 No Limit Omaha High-Low Knockout:

The finale of the $530 No Limit Hold’em Triple Shootout 10-Max Two-Day Event (#30) will take place this afternoon at 2:00pm ET. The tournament drew nearly 900 runners on Wednesday and the top spot pays out $91,000. The top seven in the final round will earn at least $10,000. Three other events will offer up $900,000 in guaranteed prize money on Thursday:
