Tournament Review for 10-21-2005 through 10-23-2005[ return to main articles page ]

Once again this weekend was time for the Million Dollar Guaranteed tournament on PartyPoker, and ZeeJustin made a huge score, pulling in more than $110k for 2nd. P5s would like to congratulate Justin on an excellent performance. Lordhutty also reached the final table of this event, receiving more than $20k for finishing 8th.

In other PartyPoker news, Rizen took 7th in the Friday Special, which was worth just over $5k. And although he didn't make a final table, cory! got a nice payday in the "Million" as well, taking down $8k for 13th place.

AK_SUITED took 9th in the $100k guaranteed on Bodog, which still has a sizeable overlay every week. He posts on P5s as "theunlucky1."

nopools was another huge winner this weekend, taking first in the $150k guaranteed on UltimateBet for nearly $35k. He is no stranger to the final table of this event, having finished in the top 5 several times this year. Pokertrip also made the final table, taking 9th place, and both doublelucky and colson10 narrowly missed the final 10.
