PocketFives.com members dominated the action in major online poker tournaments this July 4th weekend - taking home victories in 7 of 11 major tourneys. Anthony holdplz Spinella (pictured right) of North Carolina took down the Full Tilt Poker $750k Guaranteed tournament for close to $133,000. Just minutes after his victory, Anthony told P5's reporters that he hadn't eaten anything except a cheeseburger since he opened up his Sunday tournaments at 12:15... a period of 14 hours. He outlasted heavyweights fratboy247 and SN8WMAN, who earned $41k and $23k respectively for 4th and 6th. Another frequent name in Sunday online major tournaments, wmmcl, took home $17k for 7th place. Not to be outdone, P5'er Paul PIsom23 Isom took down the PokerStars Sunday Million for over $177,000 - edging out popular forum poster PokerSavage1, who took 2nd for $120,500. Other participants at the Sunday Million final table included etushekki, who took home $37,800 for 6th and Cody thugmoneymkr Slaubaugh, who earned $17k for 8th. Oderec collected $11,100 for 9th place.

Norway's current top-ranked online poker tournament player, Stian JohnnyBelow Stabell (pictured left), won the Full Tilt Sunday Brawl for $61,500 and placed 3rd in the Stars Sunday 2nd Chance for another $27,600 on Sunday. Currently ranked #85 in the world at online tournament play according to the P5's Rankings, Stian could see his worldwide ranking improve dramatically after earning over $89k in one day. Stian won the tournament heads up over long-time member Gary GB2005 Bogdanski, who is known for his aggressive play at the poker tables and his charitable donations to youth basketball leagues in his area. Gary earned nearly $40k for 2nd; while David Bakes Baker (who finished Day 1c of the WSOP Main Event with a large chip stack) took home $12k for 6th.

Saturday's Absolute Poker $150k Guaranteed tournament was won by PocketFiver webez, who padded his online poker bankroll to the tune of $37,500. Traction came in 2nd for $24k and JESTERB received $12k for 4th. Deckzor and Mike SirWatts Watson (pictured right) battled back and forth for over an hour during heads up play in the Stars $200 Sunday rebuy. Deckzor finally won the tournament and took home almost $49k, while SirWatts made $31k for 2nd. Fabiano Estorino, a rising online poker tournament player in the country of Brazil, took 3rd for $21k and Steve gboro780 Gross cashed for $11,700 after finishing in 5th. Jon PearlJammer Turner continued to prove that he can consistently put up results against today's toughest competition and won $9,700 for 5th. Matt All In At 420 Stout received $6k for 8th and poker_lord76 won $3,900 after ending his tournament life in 9th place. Pango0274 was the lone P5'er at the final table of the Stars Sunday Warm-Up; claiming a prize of $43,000 for 3rd place. Central106, SN8WMAN (two Sunday final tables), and BrokenTPot finished the Stars Sunday Second Chance in 6th, 7th, and 8th place.

The Bodog $100k Guaranteed was won by Texan pkb6786 for $23,600. This came only three weeks after his final tabled that same tournament for $7k. Whitey03 finished 5th for $5.7k, sanzard took home $4,500 for 6th and ryderback won $3,300 for 7th. Another popular member, diprthrong, won the first place prize of $44,400 in the Full Tilt Sunday Mulligan on Sunday; outlasting six other P5'ers at the final table. Oakstate345 scored a nice cash of $28k for 2nd in that tournament, followed by scouttuga44's 3rd place showing at $20.7k cash. Andrew fergwrx Ferguson made a case to continue climbing up the P5's Rankings Sunday night by placing 4th for $16k, while Bleedblue33 finished 5th and collected $12k. ForRealDD cashed for $4,500 in 8th and MVPAT took home $3,300 for 9th. For the first time in many Sundays, there were no PocketFives.com members in the top 3 of the UltimateBet $200k Guaranteed. PokerSkiBum led the way for P5'ers in the UB $200k with a 4th place finish for $13k. NolJ7 now has $9,000 thanks to his 6th place showing and DrOfDonkology took home $3,500 for 9th.
