Rebound weekend for pocketfivers and noteables! After a subpar showing to start off the month, there was plenty to talk about throughout the 2nd weekend in September.

For the second straight weekend, Nordberg pulled off a huge win on PartyPoker. This win dwarfs the $30k he got for 2nd in the $200k guaranteed last weekend---he won a whopping $173k for first prize in the $350 buy in $750k guaranteed!!! Earlier in the weekend on the same site, brett_ho made consecutive final tables in the weekend $200's, finishing 7th on Friday and 2nd on Saturday for a combined $36k profit.

Full Tilt had a new big tournament on Saturday, a $200k guaranteed, and several pocketfivers cashed in this one, including thegreat22, who won the whole thing! A special P5 shoutout once again goes to flippa, who is quickly establishing himself as one of the top tournament players on that site, this time finishing 4th in the $200k. In their usual Sunday $50k guaranteed, Nordberg took 9th place.

JOEYTHEB bubbled off the final table on Bodog in the $100k guaranteed, still getting a decent cash and making it a rare week where no pocketfivers made the final table of this tournament. We could not be held off so easily on Paradise though, where in their $100k, sirio11 took down the top prize of over $26k!

tranquilo held down the fort for P5ers on UltimateBet, winning a very sweet payout of nearly $30k for first place. xaggr8r and Prof Polo placed 2nd and 6th respectively.
