Tournament Review for March 2, 2015
Czech Republic’s elof24recorded the biggest win by any PocketFiver this weekend, taking home $100,000 for his outright win in the super-sized $500,000 Guaranteed on PartyPoker. Seven PocketFivers appeared at the final table of this tournament, including Chile’s chilenocl, who cashed for $52,000; United Kingdom’s bigal37, who cashed for $32,200; and Russia’s umbroSS, who cashed for $25,950.
Canada’s Michal wywrotWywrot had the second biggest cash by any PocketFiver when he took second place in a heads-up chop in the PokerStarsSunday Warm-Up to win $75,357. Brazil’s Andre Andre Busato Busato finished in fourth place in that tournament for $25,195.
Czech Republic’s Tudlenudlewas the big winner on Full Tilt, taking home $39,024 for his victory in the Sunday Major. Australia’s Martin Tiny_molesterKozlov and Costa Rican resident Steve Illini213 Barshak won $26,651 and $20,007, respectfully, for their second and third place finishes in that tournament.
Meanwhile, it was ex-Full Tilt Poker pro Jontthan xMONSTERxDONGx Karamalikis winning the Full Tilt Sunday Brawl for $25,373.
