The score placed the #84-ranked player in a great position to breach the Top 50 and likely surpass his previous best ranking of #36 from back in 2010. Hungary’s Wildace_hun was the 4th place finisher in the Sunday Million for $64,455.

Worldwide #5 ranked Christopher NigDawGBrammer of the United Kingdom (pictured) posted a runner-up performance in the Sunday Supersonic NLHE 6-Max event for a cash of $33,939. The win could put him back on top of the PocketFives Rankings for the first time since 2012. Fellow UK online tournament specialist Baggytrousersfinished second in the Sunday 500 for a payday of $43,689 while Korw1n22 of the Ukraine placed 3rd for just over $33,000.

Elliott elliottpetPeterman of Costa Rica took home the largest payout in the 888Poker “WHALE” tournament, placing 2nd for $27,939. For the second consecutive week, a PocketFiver has taken down the Stars Sunday Storm, as lowkey01 earned an even $27,000 upon outlasting more than 30,000 opponents.

Ireland’s EV4dGloryOMCtook down “The Sunday Major” on Full Tilt and earned $15,375. The #41 ranked online tournament player could find himself back in the Top 10 if he continues posting impressive scores in big buy-in events. He also final tabled the PartyPokerPokerfest #3 event, which was won by strj2000 for $14,607.
