This week's Podcast features a rundown of current legislative events that affect online poker in the United States.

Our first guest is Poker Players Alliance (www.pokerplayersalliance.org) Executive Director John Pappas, who called-in to the Podcast just moments after it became apparent that UIGEA regulations would be inevitably passed on Wednesday. His interview will focus on what this means for online poker in the United States, the likelihood of the regulations being overturned, and what poker players can do to make our voices heard.

Our second guest is Jeff Sandman, Spokesperson for the Safe and Secure Internet Gambling Initiative (www.safeandsecureig.org). Jeff provides our listeners with an update on recent events in the state of Kentucky, where domain names linked to online poker could be seized by the state government.
