Over the weekend, members of the PocketFives community took down the WinamaxHigh Roller, 888Mega Deep, 888 Sunday Challenge, and PokerStarsSunday Million. Given all the excitement, we thought we’d take some time to single out 2011 World Series of Poker November Niner Martin Staszko (pictured), who plays as filfedraon PokerStars according to PokerNews. Staszko won the Sunday Warm-Up II Double Vision for a healthy $110,000.

There were 2,939 entrants in the Warm-Up, which was played six-max, and Staszko followed in the footsteps of 2014 November NinerJorryt van Hoof, who took down the same tournament last week. Can a November Niner three-peat this week?

Staszko tops the all-time money list in the Czech Republic, according to the Hendon Mob, and is #91 worldwide. He has $5.8 million in live tournament winnings, $5.4 million of which came in the Main Event three years ago. He was the first Czech player ever to make the WSOP Main Event final table.

Staszko outlasted fellow European H0LDiT heads-up in the Warm-Up. The latter has $534,000 in tracked online scores in his PocketFives profile. A total of four members of the PocketFives community made the final table:

1. filfedra – $110,478.42
2. H0LDiT – $75,973.15 (H0LDiT)
3. RomeOpro – $52,249.54 (Romeopro)
4. danger0us – $35,938.09 (danger0us)
5. slon7716 – $24,716.99
6. Der Besen – $16,999.17 (besen)

You might recall that Staszko led the WSOP November Nine in chips heading into the November restart, but lost out to Pius Heinz heads-up for the title. Heinz, contrastingly, started the final table in seventh place and clawed his way to the top. Here’s how the final hand went down:

According to Poker Pro Labs, Staszko won a mid-stakes SCOOP event in 2011 for $91,000. He took down the Sunday Supersonic earlier this year for $56,000. According to the same site, he has total online winnings of $584,000. Check out all of the weekend’s results in our Tournament Review for December 22.
