I dont know if too many people are going to read this, but I thought I would throw some stuff up here just as a bit of a blog as to my online grinding.

To those who don't know me, my name is Dominick Garrett and I am a college student in Kalamazoo, MI. I have been playing poker quite regularly since Dec '08 so i am new to the game as of right now. I am learning alot from sites like this and some books I have been reading, as wel as just learning while I am at the table, as to what has been working and what hasn't.

I had a pretty good MTT day this past Sunday (10-18-09) I got into 3 MTT's on Cake and made the money in all of them. Took 4th in the $10 5K Guar for a nice $235 and min cashed in the 20K and the 10K turbo. Should have taken the 5K down however my QQwas no good when the biggest stack hit the set of Threes on the flop. But over all it was a good day.

I think I am going to try for some of the lower buy-ins tonight like the 4K bounty and the 4.5k turbo. So we shall see!
