A thread caught my attention this morning and I realized I needed to set goals. October and November ran pretty good for me, I sattied my way into the LAPT Costa Rica stop which was awesome, and Stars couldnt have picked a better venue to host the event. That being said I left out the part about improving my all around game. I had a few decent scores and felt like what I played was within my roll and I feel like I made good decisions, but I mainly played 45/180 Mans and MTTs and didnt really venture to do much else. That being said I picked some areas of my game I felt needed work and decided I should work my way up from the bottom even if I am rolled to play slightly higher levels.

As posted earlier I set some goals:

[] Maintain Silver Star Status or Better
(November and December were my first months with anything beyond a bronze)

[X] Start playing cash games, starting at 5NL and $0.05/$0.10 Limit since I suck - $5NL and $0.02/$0.04 - $0.10/$0.20 Limit are where I opted to start
(I never really play cash games but feel like it will help kill the bordem I feel when all I do is multitable 45 Man+ tourneys)

[] Play 20k hands of cash games - 4,100 of 20,000 done
(This gives me a number to strive for, and of course I would like to profit)

[X] Play 50+ SNGs atleast 5 days this month - 6 of 5 done
(I feel like I shouldnt leave the comfort zone completely and I now I could easily do this atleast 5 times)

[X] Move from 5NL to 10NL with destroying the concept of BR Management
(I dont wanna play the super low levels forever, but I would only like to move up once I have played enough hands to feel comfortable both play and bankroll wise)

[] FPP my way into the PCA
(Im currently at Round 4 of the PCA MegaPath, plus I have over 2k FPPs for other sattys. I would like to go, but am not rolled and dont have a backer, so this seems to be the most cost effective route since I dont wanna destroy my BR trying to satty in)

So I have a few goals and will be updating them as the month grows on. I figure noone is reading this, but it will keep me focused on my goals if I have it written out. GL at the tables.
