7 | Status 2 Important thing that I should note is that while I've been running pretty bad, I haven't tilted once. So far I'm doing very well at being disciplined and patient, not playing when tilted, and playing within my bankroll. Although I only have $87, and I'm already playing .02-.05 tables, I will grind out cash games until I reach 25 buy-ins for the next level. So I won't be playing .05-.10 tables ... 7 | $10 to $10k Challenge - Update #006 Been mostly playing stud hi and having some wins. Been studying the game quite extensively, giving my brain a bit of a break from NLHE. 7 | Year In Review What a year! My first full year grinding in Vegas was an quite an experience. They say you never forget your first time, now I’m not quite sure who “they” are but they are correct. This year I survived knee surgery a diagnosis of diabetes, and two of the worst run bad streaks that I have ever had in my life. I have no money....nothing to show for my poker efforts except some meaningless VIP points and the fact that I am now 40 dollars closer to my 100k badge...Only 99,960 dollars to go. 7 | Running Hot! These past two weeks have been awesome for me! I made three final tables on America's DonkRoom, one live final table, and turned 300 into 1500 in the juiciest cash game that I've ever been a part of. I will continue to study the game, work on my leaks, and make more +EV decisions to continue this success. Good luck everyone! Positive thoughts to all! Published: May 5th, 2013 |

6 | $50 to $5000 Bankroll challenge Well today (08-11-08) I was reading some forum's and I heard about Jesus's $0 to $10000 challenge. After reading some minor bankroll management tips I decided to try this out on Poker Stars. I deposited $50 today and started playing the $0.01 / $0.02 tables. (Buying in with $2). 6 | The tension, the drama, the buzz, the crowd, the mistake So I started day 2 with 95k chips, perfect position with around 300 players left. My table was nice and soft with mainly stacks with 20bb’s and no-one particularly good or aggressive. In the first level and a half I slowly increased my stack to 110k playing a fair few pots but not making many hands. Soon after that my table got broken and I moved to the table of death. Somehow my healthy 110k ... Published: Jan 22nd, 2009 |

6 | My WSOP Part 2 I’ve been spending the last night trying to remember key hands and situations from day 3. The more that I think about it I was basically just cruising thru not playing too many hands and just chipping up very slowly. I ended up doubling my stack very turtle pace and without any huge pots or big all in pre flop situations. Something I tried my best to avoid the entire tournament. So slowly that it ... 4 | Poker, Blogs, and Parties South of the Border It's time to take another shot at this blogging thing....for a few reasons. I'd like to blog regularly, but I get into a lull on content sometimes. I've been playing a lot of poker lately, and poker always makes for good content considering the audience here on P5s. I'm not going to get too far into it today, but I have started to play quite a bit in a local 2-5 game that plays ... Published: Oct 18th, 2008 |

Wie schon in einem früheren Eintrag berichtet hab ich mit den 45-Spieler SNGs auf Full Tilt angefangen. Damit lief der August recht gut und ich hatte eigentlich große Hoffnungen für den September. In national news, our country is about to have a black president, Spencer and Heidi got married, and the stock market plummeted losing big money to lots of people (myself included). I sit around a lot, plus the stress of bad beats and not leading a very active lifestyle (jagerbombers over the weekends don't help either..lool) has lead me to having high BP. Not going to go into great details about it other than it was 166/106 which is considered extremely high. I am hoping if anyone reads ... Published: Jan 13th, 2009 |

4 | Holy Mary Mother of Downswing I started playing mostly cash live NL $1/$2 cash games in the summer 2007. It was a bit of a rollercoaster and I ended the year very much in the red.
