So things are going well right now. Since April 1, I have played 534 $10.40 DoN's on Stars, with $746.40 profit and 13.44% roi.

I'm about on pace with my volume goal, although I should be putting more time in, just been lacking motivation a bit. Quite happy though being up about $800 overall so far this month with the DoN profit as well as some fpp sats and one short session of Cake cash games. Also just won a Goldstar sat to the $75k vip tourney next week which is cool.

Ok, well yea, that plan didn't last long. I was getting fed up with limit, and decided to go back to $10.40 DoN's for a bit to see how that went.

I made over $1k in them at the end of last year when I was rebuilding, and have played 320 of them so far since April 1, with a profit of almost $500. Was happy to see I actually have a star for being top 20 in average profit in these over my last 500 games. I'd like to keep that up and also get in to the top 20 for total profit 2009, while 12-tabling these and trying to put in atleast 50 a day.

Let's see how this new plan goes

Ok, I decided to write a blog to keep track of a few goals for 2009 and have some motivation. For the past 6 weeks my girlfriend has been here living with me, so I have played very little poker, but she just went home this past week, so now it's time to grind for a while.

As of right now I have about a $3500 BR online, and 5,500 vpp on stars for the year.
My immediate goal right now is to get to 10,000 vpp by the end of march, and to reach Goldstar by next saturdays vip tourneys.

My goal for the year is Supernova on stars, and I plan to continue with .25/.50 nl and 1/2 limit, both full ring, for the time being.
So far I have averaged around 200 vpp/hr 9-tabling 1/2 limit, and btwn 250-270 while 12-tabling. Lately I have also been playing 6 tables of .25/.50 nl and 3 tables 1/2 limit.

Plan:
Start out playing 6 tables .25/.50 nl and 3 tables 1/2 limit, gradually adding 3 more limit tables, so I'll be 12-tabling. My external monitor crapped out and I'm only on a laptop right now, so i'll probably put the 6 NL tables to the left and stack the 6 limit on the right, as they require less attention.
Reach 10,000 vpp by the end of march.
Acquire 20,000 vpp in April.

That's about it for now. Just want to get this started and get a plan in motion.
