Low volume. Again. Rakeback payments came through but I've only played a couple hundred hands. Thanksgiving was a great break and it felt good to get away from the stress of poker for a while. To my delight, my BAP for MTTs sold out on a staking site I am a member of so I have been focusing on MTTs. I busted on two final table bubbles so far...hoping to hit soon.

As for the stake this blog is about, I think I'll be moving up to 25NL soon. I just need to get a little more comfortable. I feel I am improving daily and look forward to when it's all going to pay off!

Well, volume has been low this week. Finally got FTP account unlocked after verifying ID on Thursday so I was all good to go for the weekend. I had a few good sessions, especially Saturday night. I played about 600 hands of 25NL that went fairly well but I wasn't completely happy with my play so I feel it is best to grind 10NL for another two weeks or so.

All in all cash games were + but MTTs were a disaster. I played 7 or 8 Saturday night with no cashes whatsoever....one of these days.

Thanksgiving break this week so I'll be home with the family. Prob low volume. Sorry for short update but I'll post again soon!

For those of you that missed my first post, this blog is to motivate myself in my recent all action stake. It's been about 5 days...haven't been able to play as much as I would have liked to due to FTP issues but so far it's been a good week.

Results from this week: +$91.55 so we're at $1,091.55

I had several positive cash sessions. On Friday I went on a sick heater and ran at about 49bb/100. I was flopping sets left and rights, nut straights...felt good.

Tourneys went well. I only played 2.25-3.30s and a few 5.50s but I believe I ended positive. I went deep in a few, including a 9/480 in the 2.25 6 max. I was happy with my bust...some really passive guy running 40/1 limped with AKs on the cutoff and tanked for a while when I shoved 20bbs ATs from the button. He called...but it wasn't a slowroll...he was seriously thinking about folding.

Rakeback payments Friday so that will boost me a bit.

I need to make about $35 more and I move up to 25NL. Hopefully I will get there within two weeks. Next week will be low volume as it's thanksgiving.

Well...about my low volume. About a month ago I attempted to deposit via Echeck to FTP as I hadn't ever made an initial deposit. I had only received transfers and therefore was unable to withdraw. As soon as I hit submit, I was locked out of my account. After about a week of countless emails, I finally got a response and my account was unlocked stating that it was a "Security issue."

3 days ago I emailed FTP and asked if it would happen again because I need to make that initial deposit so that I can withdraw. They said no...and BAM I was locked out again. Finally got a response this morning requesting ID and bank statement copies so hopefully they can get back to me soon. Runnnnn good one time plz.

Other news...met a fellow P5er that's also a student at my university so we're planning to have a grind session tomorrow night...that is if I get my account unlocked. Should be fun to talk some strat/pwn.

In conclusion, good week. I hope most weeks go like this.
