  1. Played 9 micro mtt's tonight rolled up 3 big stacks worst loss was boat over boat in $4.40 3k on stars. more frustratung was whiffing in 3 non-nlhe tourneys despite being near the top in 2 out of 3 halfway through. Also shipped my hundred for OT WSOP tourney which was a HUGE BR blow. Stars roll now $168.

  2. Last night I cashed two tourneys for a small profit including a win in a triple stud, but blew it at .25/.50 where I doubled up but then gradually lost it all in an up and down battle all night, last hand was open ended str8 flush draw vs set and I whiffed. not gonna play .25 /.50 as it's just too high for my teeny bankroll. a $40 loss in a ring game is crippling. My initial $200 was at $256, ended the night at $231.

Tonight played freeroll razz on ftp busted a little better than halfway. A $4.40 KO on UB where I bubbled but did score $2 in KO's. on stars I took 6th in a L5draw game for $12 and won a $16.50 stud tourney for $67.50. Also min cashed their .25 $100 added nlhe for like .33 lol. Anyway a good solid night and that's three wins in non-nlhe tourneys in 3 nights (Horse, triple stud and stud).

As an old east coast stud player I no that my advantage is bigger in the other games, just glad I have a few small buy in options (technically the 16.50 stud is way to big but I feel my edge is that huge) to help build my stack.

so I have $17.10 on UB, $285.53 on stars and just my $75 tourney chip on ftp that will be put into use in stud tomorrow night. started with $25 on UB, $200 on Stars and $0 but 21k points on FTP.

Nice to start this process in a positive direction.

  3. Deposited $200 on stars. had about 21k fpp's on ftp. Night one I turned 3000 fpp's into a $75 tourney ticket on ftp, and won $56 bucks playing .25/.50 on stars (though that is way too high for my roll) also won a micro Horse tourney, lost a couple tourneys under $5 as well, ended the night at $261 on stars and still $0 money but the ticket for the $75 tourney on ftp. Wish you could sell those bad boys.

Biggest thing though is the attitude turn around. Now I am dying to prove my backer wrong. Want to make him regret dropping me. It will likely take a while to build enough of a roll where I can win something big enough to crow about, but I did it once before on my own (albeit 5 years ago) and dammit I can do it again!

I still owe my backer $133 for some miscellaneous stuff, and have pledged $100 to the OT WSOP tourney so I better get cracking!
