What is the best line?

OK....A guy raises 3x in 100/50 blinds from the Cutoff...I re-pop 3x to 900 on the button with AKo....guy calls. The flop comes Qd_Jd_2c...He checks I wait...then check. The turn is a 10c...bink....he bet 1/3 the pot (600)....the pot with that bet is 2550...what would be your proper re-raise? He has 5150 after the bet and I'm over 10k. I don't know if I should bet something like 1950...2350....2650 or just shove? I'm leaning toward 2650 or shove? 1950 & 2350 seems like it will induce him to call with implied odds on a flush, str8 or set draw?
