1k

After a long hiatus of only cashing in tournys at the cash casino and doing poorly on cash games(which is my specialty) Finally booked a 1k win last night in under 2 hours.

here is 2 crucial hands

HAND #1

I have been very active aggressive last few hands raising 20-25 constantly, ppl seem to be a little on to this, i look down at k/k in mid position, i make it 25(the way i throw it in is careless and sloppy to look weak), "steven" who constantly loves to try to outplay me, and reraise me, instantly makes it $65, i know that steven knows im the type of player that will move in with about 20 diff hands on him here, to see if he has the grass to call me. So i do just that, instead of a reraise, or a sneaky call, i just straight up move all in for another $350, steven snap calls me , flips over Jacks, then tirades about "how can i fold that, im not folding that" i try to make him feel better, even tho, i myself thing it is a kenny tran hero call., board bricks out, and i take the pot for over $700

Hand #2

Fresh off that nice big pot, im still stacking my chips, i look down at A/Q of diamonds, again i make it $20 to go, it folds around to a tighter, player, who was moved from a different table and is sitting with around $600, he looks at me and makes it $65 to go, *now i know how this guy plays, and i honestly thing about laying this down, because i am obviously beat in one way or another, but i decide to make the call, even tho i believe it is A/K* I put in the $45 to call, and the flop comes A/A/J, dream flop for me?? Honestly i wasn't to happy about the flop, i initially put him on A/K so that flop only looks as trouble to me,So i check, Instantly in a Aggressive voice he says "$100!", now from playing with him on many occasions, he would this this exact same bet with 2 hands, A/K, K/K, he does not do this on a stone cold bluff, he obviously feels i made a loose call and thinks his hand is good. I ask him "how much do you have behind" he tells me about $400, now the $100 bet is not the problem here, the problem is, if the turn comes a small card and he pushes all in, will i have to stack off to him, or make a hero fold?, i decide to call the $100 in hopes that either a Queen, or a Jack peel off, so i can at least chop this bitch up.I say "check" to check in the dark and to give him position of first to act, so that i can fancy a better read on his hand, by how he plays the turn out.Well the turn comes a fucking miracle Queen, giving me aces full of queens, "the nuts" lol keep in mind this board is rainbow, So with the aggressor being first to act what do i hear? the two magical words that paid my speeding ticket this very day! "ALL IN!!!" , i snap call, his $400, he says proudly "i have a boat" and flips over TWO QUEENS, (talk about a misread.lol) i flip over my A/Q and he is drawing dead, the table is going off at how sick that turn card was, and everyone is getting stoked on me like this is the first time i've ever dragged a big pot, im honestly not even the least bit excited. But at least I rolled for the $100 tourny today.
