sketchy1's Coaching Profile[return to coaching directory]

Message From sketchy1

I've been grinding NLHE MTT's full time since Feb of '07. I've taken 2nd in a Commerce Casino $1500 event for over $100k and 2nd in a WSOP $3k event for over $330k. Online I've logged around 9,000 tournaments and over $2 million in cashes. My career highlight is a two-day stretch taking 2nd in the FTP $1k, 2nd in the stars $100+rebuys and 1st in the stars $1k for ~$120k in 2 days.

I lived with Sketchy for a while a few years ago and although I've never received training from him, we did talk poker a lot. I've always thought highly of him and his results speak for themselves. I'm confident his coaching would be valuable to anyone that chose to work with him. Unapprove

I was lucky enough to meet Jon out in Vegas during the WSOP several summers ago, we hung out often talking hands and I am quite certain he will be an asset to anyone hoping to remove leaks and small mistakes from their MTT game. Jon is an excellent MTT player who is really easy to talk to and will certainly help improve any facet of tournament play for any level player. Unapprove

Sketchy1 is a very talented player with great people skills. I highly recommend his services as I know him to be a top-tier no limit player and someone who can breakdown the theory that is needed to win in today's poker environment. Unapprove

Jon has been a coach with us at Pokerpwnage for the past year or two and his teaching skills are top notch. He's highly respected by his peers and any aspiring poker player would be lucky to have him as a coach. Unapprove
