I was kinda stuck as to what is the correct play in this spot.

4b/calling seems pretty awful for nearly 70bigs - there are no antes, so that narrow's John's range. Equally, calling nearly 10bigs OOP and either folding or stacking off in a multi-way post doesn't seem great either.

Thoughts?
