Villain in this hand is a 40/16 fish but has 48% AF.

This hand is more an example of the general question I am taking opinions on. Plans for more than one street.

Pre Flop: (t650) Hero is BB with T :club: 8 :diamond:
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t300, 5 folds, Hero checks

Flop: (t950) 4 :diamond: 6 :spade: 6 :club: (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks

Turn: (t950) 5 :club: (2 players)
Hero bets t600

So I think a stab on the turn is profitable in a vacuum. My question is if I plan to bet the turn, do I have to necessarily also plan to bet most rivers? I think a 40/16 fish is likely to peel at least one street with all kinds of crap so it'll take two streets to get him off most of his range.

What's the best plan here?

1) Bet/bet
2) Bet + c/f blank rivers
3) This :P:
UTG+1 calls t600

River: (t2150) Q  (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets t1500, Hero raises to t6665 and is all-in
