I don't have the exact chip counts, just remembered a difficult spot I had the other day. It was 15/30 level of $55 MTT on stars, no reads on players. UTG (6000ish) opens for 90 then UTG+2 (3000ish) raises to 300, hero on button(3000) with QQ.....?

My line of action at the time was allin. After thinking about it, in my opinion I think I should of folded. I think flatting is wrong because if UTG shoves, I waste 300 chips without flop to early in the game, and what flop am I going to hope for if he flats? They most likely have AA/KK/JJ/TT/AK/so I'm only going to be happy with a set, really. And if that is true, I don't have the odds do I? Pretty sure I don't because a percentage of the time UTG is shoving and I have to fold.
If the raises were smaller I would have 4bet pre. But the bet sizes in my opinion showed strength...... Some feedback would be much appreciated
Btw UTG folded and UTG+2 called with AKs
