    Just got this email this morning...

    Dear PowPowMeow,

    Thank you for your communication regarding the accounts that you suspected to be playing multiple entries by the same player in our Tournaments.

    These accounts (all associated with account ZeeJustin) had already been flagged by our system as originating from the same IP/System and we have now concluded our investigation.

    A total of six accounts, all with different biographical information, were making multiple entries into the same tournament from the same IP/system.

    This is in direct violation of our Terms and Conditions and the six accounts have been permanently closed and the player barred from our site. We have placed a substantial amount of money, from all the accounts, on hold. Any of the confiscated money found to be directly related to a particular player or tournament through means of cheating, will be redistributed accordingly.

    We make every reasonable effort to protect the integrity of our games and have very recently introduced some technical enhancements in an attempt to prevent such scenarios. These improvements are ongoing and as you can appreciate, have to take into account the interests of genuine players who share internet connections and access points.

    Thank you for taking the time to report this matter and for being as passionate as we are about integrity.

    Not sure if this is true but either way I think its great that the sites are cracking down on all of this. Its been a long time coming and I'm sure whether this one is true or not we will see much more of this in the weeks to come.

    If you have ever read his blog he says that he plays under different names on party so people won't know that it is him. Not sure about in the same tourney.

    ZJ has openly talked in his blog about having multiple party accounts for cash game anonymity... wouldn't suprise me at all if he's dipped his feet in the "gray area" too.

    Got to agree with Sirio here, I really hope everyone that does this gets caught. As someone who has always played a legit game and still found it to be very +EV I think it's only a good thing for me when the sites can crack down and make sure everyone plays on my level.

    I heard a rumor (no I won't say who, although I've heard it from a few people) that since PokerRoom has 4 skins that feed into the same MTTs that the last few 'Grand' tournaments have had 700 entries but maybe 250 humans playing them. Makes me feel like I just tossed my $1k out the window every time since this sort of thing would virtually guarantee I was sitting at a table with at least 1 person playing 2 accounts at some time before it was over.

    I posted some thoughts on my blog the other day before the ZeeJustin thing came out, and really it comes down to this. Every time I log on I know that there are some shady things that probably go on. If it's not multi-accounting then it's people sharing hole cards via AIM or receiving coaching via AIM or even some other sort of behavior I haven't even thought of. I still find the game very +EV for me, so I still play. Stories like this though scare 'Joe Poker' who watches WPT every week from logging in and putting his money on the site, and it also creates an unfair advantage for players who are already VERY good. I'll continue to play as long as I feel it's +EV for me, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't very happy about this, and I hope ALL poker sites continue to crack down and level the playing field for players such as myself.

    The situation with JJ is one thing, but this could blow the top off of online poker if the media gets this info. Here's a guy that has final tabled a live European tour event and writes for a Poker publication. This could make waves in the poker world and outside of it which is the real danger for online poker.
