    Not sure who saw this, but CardPlayer announced the results of its 2011 Player of the Year race on Monday:

    Ben "Benba" Lamb beat out Chris "moorman1" Moorman this year in a battle of two poker heavyweights. Moorman is, of course, the most decorated member of the PocketFives community. Congrats to both on a great 2011!

    Pretty insane that Lamb got all of his live tournament earnings in about 2 months. He didn't even have a live score until June I believe.

    Correct. It says in the article I wrote that he didn't have any CardPlayer POY points as of halfway through June, which honestly makes his feat much more impressive.
