  1. Hi all. My computer just died and am looking to replace it. I mainly play MTT SNGs, 24-30 tabling with HEM, Table Ninja, Stack and Tile and Custom Title Bar running. On this computer, I would be looking at upgrading to the:
    • Nvidia 560 graphics card
    • High speed SSD
    • 8 GB RAM
I don't want to buy this computer unless I know it is going to run all my programs without any problems / lag etc.

Can I have some opinions please?

  2. you want to buy the pc that show up from the link right?
if so, the pc from the link is more than good enough
to handle more tables than you will ever be able to play.

there will be no laggs ever

QFT if that rig can handle BF3 with no lag im sure your poker tables will be fine :)
  4. That is correct - so thank you.

What about the high-speed SDD though? the Holdem Manager developers believe it makes a real difference to HEM Hud performance to have one of these?

  5. If you're just looking to 30 table with said programs there isn't really a need to drop 2k on a rig. If you're using it for gaming also then idk but I'm pretty happy with my hp for poker. Just make sure you have a lot of ram (I have 12g, never had a prob) and a video card that can support two monitors if thats what you're using.
  6. The SSD upgrade is overpriced I think. I would just get the SSD myself and upgrade it. It's well worth the investment, my sandy bridge desktop and sandy bridge laptop both cold boot in under 10 seconds. And sandy bridge integrated graphics run my dual monitors great, just not for gaming.

  7. Look i don't have time to give you a full review. But graphics is not the issue for you if you are only playing those. You don't need a hugely high end graphics card if poker is all you're looking at but you need a good processor and 8gb of ram is plenty.
