Do you consider this micro cheating by player EwardoHoekie?

    Ok so hate to accuse someone without being 100% sure but I feel 99% sure that one player was asking the other player to gang up on me to win earlier which I would presume would be cheating without being an expert on the exact rules.

    Im playing a 6 man hyper turbo, 70 fpp game awarding two tickets a 3.30$ tourney.

    We are down to 3 people and I am the major shortstack of the 3. Think i had like 100- 200 chips and they were both near or over a thousand. Blinds were 100 200 so im barely alive. Generally in this spot both opponents will just call and try to knock the weark opponent out however.

    So player EwardoHoekie keeps flating every hand i am basically all in on and it goes to player Swanky in small blind who just folds. I win the hand and get up to about 500-600 chips and player EwardoHoekie starts talking dutch to the other player Swanky who is also Dutch and from the Netherlands.

    The conversation for any dutch was the following "hat gaat toch om 2 ticket debieltje. je wil hem toch juist
    >busten. kneus. jij verfient niet eend een tik. onnozele gast."

    >Language translator i could find said that says something like
    >"hat nevertheless go for 2 ticket debieltje. your will him

    Dont speak dutch but Basically as i see it he was telling opponent to push any two
    >cards with him and i will likely bust. This is too me obvious cheating.

    I called him on it and told him its cheating and he instantly starts arguing im a fool and its not cheating.

    I ended up winning the SNG anyways so didnt matter anyway but it did distract me from my other 6 games.

    This is not about the cash at all, I just play those for fun and to get a better return on my fpps. I just dont like cheating in general so figured I would post it. Possibly they do this frequently but i doubt it as Swanky didnt seem to understand.

    If the community does not agree this is cheating or angel shooting, apoligies in advance to player EwardoHoekie.

    Yes and you should report it. Site should then warn him and that should end it. If he doesn't know the rule then this will fix the problem. Many new people don't realize you can't do this. Hopefully that is all it is.

    If he is a repeat offender then the site should be very harsh and consider this a serious offence.

    Almost feel stupid where it is such a small amount but again dont need cheaters or angle shooters on the site. Will report to stars and let them figure it out.

    He can get in trouble for speaking a language other than English at the table, and obviously even more trouble since he was colluding. Nice job beating those cheaters anyway, though.

    Yes, this is cheating. No, nobody has ever heard of EwardoHoekie and you aren't going to ruin his (non-existant) reputation by posting this.

    Its about 2 tickets you fool, you want him to bust. Idiot. You don't even deserve a ticket, clueless guy.

    So yeah, its kind of borderline - I don't think he intentionally wanted to collude but was merely pissed off at the guy for making a huge mistake.

    Hi there,

    A friend of my told me about this post, and i can tell you that I absolutely never had the intention to cheat!
    As the guy above me says; it was more the frustration because off the other guy not knowing how to play sats.
    I got an email from stars about this issue and they cleared it up that i didnt cheat.
    I am really sorry if it ruined your other games, and if you want a refund from me or something just send me a private message...
    For the record I am really not that sort of guy and I never ever want to be associated with Cheating or whatsoever.

    Really really sorry if it looked like that

    Classy response - OP also went on to win the SNG anyway, so imo as long as you learned that talking to other players about how to play during the ending stages of a satellite is a form of collusion, lesson is learned. GL to you.

    hahaha so basically one dutch mad at another but still def borderline somehow this reminds me of my live tourney today i shove from hijack on the blinds and one of the players is telling the bb its worth the call and i scolded tht player right there on the spot mind ur own bizz when its my action basically the bigggs called my jj held, but thats irrelevant ,you just cant go around expressing strategy to others at tbl about the action at hand while the brainfart bb is thinking about calling 1k on a 5k pot

    if you think someone is cheating, just email the site with the table number/tournament number and say the player screen names you think were involved, and ask them to investigate. people need to be vigilante about reporting possible collusion.
