Not sure how often this topic has been discussed. But what if there was drug testing in the live arena for big 10ks etc etc.
How many of the top players in the world would be DQ'd? lol. When I say drug testing Im not just talking about green, but also opiates, or "atterol, the wonder drug." Not sure this would ever be implicated, but im tired of these online guys hot boxin bleezys and c/ring me on the river.

the idea behind drug testing is to even the field. Are any of those drugs really performance enhancing? Maybe adderal.. anything else is going to be performance decreasing IMO - so let them smoke up all the weed I want. Just don't reek of it when you sit back down at the table next to me.

Bon you bring up a good point. It is strongly debated wheter or not marijuana is performance enhancing for poker. Many of the top pros live by it and swear by it. Their results are impressive. As for reeking of weed when they sit back down, I gotta imagine after dinner breaks the rio has a tint of grass in the air. I'll find out this summer.

I wasn't threatening them. Just saying I don't care what people do, but I can't stand the reek of it. I suppose if i was at the wsop where there is the personal hygiene rule where they booted the guy that hadn't showered, i'd call the floor if someone reeked that badly that it was offensive and see what happened.

1) When did they boot someone for smelling? I recall them making the guy change his lucky jersey that he never washed. link to an article where they booted someone out of a tourney because of his hygiene.
2) Good weed smells delightful even to nonsmokers. You cannot get high from smelling marijuana. I think people who bitch about the smell are just do gooders who want to harsh another guys mellow.

If someone reeks that badly you could just politely bring it to there attention and they can wash up a little better or maybe seal up there stash a little better. Cause honestly you can't tell how much you smell after you smoked since you're already in the zone. Please don't be a POS snitch. Doubt the floor will do anything but laugh anyway.

In regards to the smell of bud, like someone said you really cant tell how much or little you smell so I think the polite thing to do is to kindly ask the person to spray some ax or some other. Ratting them out just would cause uness conflict and seriously ruin someones high..not cool bro not cool..

What if I wear a weed scented cologne? Do I get to complain if I don't like the way you're laundry detergent smells? What about cigs? I hate the smell of those I should be able to complain about that and the smell of old people. Could you report someone for a really bad fart and get them kicked out ?
