  2. Is it me, or is it the same 2 or 3 people responding that they have tweeted, but it seems most US players want their rights to play poker and believe their personal freedom was taken away? I am also American living abroad and have been less than active lately on this front. Will try to refight the fight with Twitter. I am more cautious with my facebook, however.

Rich - thanks for putting all this together. I am hoping there is a silent majority in this thread that has been "networking" these messages, but just not stating so in this thread.

In hopes that when these panelists got home last night and were channel surfing they came across POKER ON TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;-)

  13. Rich, when can the poker community expect a follow up internet gambling hearing? We had heard that it would be within the "next few weeks."

  14. Thanks Rich, You know how real that hearing made it for me, and for everyone else now as well im sure. The whole fight for our rights, the time we all take in working together towards this, now really makes it all seem so much more Worth it to continue doing so- Until, they either break down from being tired of hearing about it, or just give in and return our online poker games to us in which we once enjoyed....Just look at the strides we made in 6 months from Black Friday April's shut down, -Now Oct, and were already on Capitol Hill, I'd say thats something in itself....And just look at how much more we all have to talk about now all of a sudden. And just think about how much more progress we have to look forward too. I'd say this is Pretty BIG, and it's only going to get better from here on out-no doubt!!!!!
(Enjoy being a part of history-"ALL USA*-Poker Players") Because we all are very much a part of history in the making.
were enjoying it, and we'll enjoy it even more when were back-up-and-playin' Cards online again!!!SOON!!!!! ;-)

    Peace.

I've not yet heard. I'm hoping Rep. Mary Bono Mack won't feel there are still unanswered questions and that she'll proceed forward.
