First you need a link to the gif's location. When you find a gif on another site you can right click it and select "copy image location" An alternate method would be to download the gif to your cpu and rehost it on a free site like photobucket.com

Once you have the link to the gifs location, click on the button this arrow is pointing at:



A window will pop up asking for the URL. Paste the link to the gifs location in that box and click OK.

The gif should pop up and you can continue your post. If it does not pop up immediately, wait a min as it may still be loading.
