High Stakes Team PLB interest?

    Its been a while since I've gotten in a good binge grind and wanted to see if there was any interest in a hsmtt team competition, teams of 3 or 4, starting this sunday until next sunday. Buy in could be anything from 1k-5k. Since we're only doing a week I propose 30 scores per team (10 per person though). Would also be cool if we could make it regional, like Vancouver vs. Cabo, Cyprus, or Costa Rica but not necessary. PLB bets always seem win/win since they motivate me to grind so down to get this going.

    Comps seems to be back on P5 !!!! It will be very fun to rail, I like the idea a lot, GL for gettin the HS regs into it Andres !!!!

    agree on the motivation thing. interested (depending on amount of entries and amount of buy in). tourneys $100+ and 55r+?

    Def interested, but if it's only for a week... would prefer like a $500-1k buy-in for it, prob on the lesser side since a week is such a short period of time.

    Edit: Should be able to get a team Costa Rica together if needed :)

    Okay cool, do you mean 500-1k per person or team? I would like it to be 1k per person but if the consensus is $500 per person to get more action I'm down.

    and if the midstakes comp's entry is 100 i think 500 is enough, esp if its only 1 week + more guys playing. but where are all the players at? hopefully we can get this started this sunday. so, OP if u and everybody else is ok with 500 we can start shipping.

    edit: pls say which tourneys count and i think its not a bad idea to adress regs on tables which arent that active on p5s

    I don't really get why all tourneys shouldn't count for a high stakes contest... its a plb contest, all scores that count for plb should work.

    I'm okay with $500 a person... I'd only like to run this if we have at least 4-6 teams. I already have my team assembled, its gonna be me, jakoon1985, and kingsofcards for Vancouver. I'll make a new thread if we can get some confirmations on teams. Would be nice if you guys can ask around. Would be great to have a legit contest like we had back in the day. Looking around right now to find some good way to track.

    P.S. if anyone wants to book bigger side action vs my team lmk...

    cabo proposal: teams of 3 top 10 scores from each player from each team. 3k entry per team winner take all.

    so far there is 1 team in and we are it. if you add your team and dont back out before the sunday kickoff starts then you are in for 3k.

    team 1 (cabo san lucas, mars) ; TheCzar19, Betudontbet, PmAhOnEy22.

    also a certain team of ballers that proposed this needs to decide an escrow.

    I will hold money no problem... 3k per team is fine but I want the most entrants as possible. Watchoo got brazil, costa rica, toronto, cyprus, and whereverelse? Real thread is coming up tomorrow but I need more love.

    I PMed aduobe4 and wizowizo for the german team, wont grind on friday and prolly not on saturday as well, pls someone tell those two about this thread on the pokertable or to look in their pm boxes since theyre not that active here and they might be interested. Still prefer the $500 entry, if im the only one who wants that then im ok with $1k.

    pushing it back a week is actually better for us too. lets get a thread brewin, give people a week to sort out teams instead of 1 day. i like it starting on the 30th instead as well. mabye winner take all until 6 teams. at 6-8 second gets money back...max 8 teams. does that work for your team still ape?

    also easy enough for some teams to enter for 1500 and some to enter for 3k if theres a bunch of 500 a man interest but not much 1k. just same rules would apply into 2 seperate prizepools.

    I have some horses who would accept this.

    Also I have a suggestion :

    How about instead of 10 best scores , we play the team who wins more money ? We can make a cap in a range 20k to 50k to max profit (ex someone hit the SM , he only scores something in a range 20k to 50k) and the team who does more profit in the weak takes all.

    Ok great, I wish we could push it back and get more teams but my team is leaving next week plus I'm going to be playing the BCPC.

    So, I believe the contest is from October 23rd-30th. 3k buy in per team. 10 scores count per person (30 scores total). Need some confirmation from teams before making clean thread. Will allow late reg as long as people want but no scores will count before late registration.

    So far we have Team Vancouver, Team Cabo, and Team Costa Rica confirmed... Waiting on Brazil and Germany. Represent guys!

    Also would be great if we could get a volunteer to track the scores for us (will need to find some way to tip this person - I vote winners tip min $100)

    Hey guys, Cabo just cancelled and I don't think I allowed enough time to make this happen for this week. If anyone wants to bet individually with my team or if we can get a couple more confirmed teams I'm in but for now I think this contest is cancelled =/. Wish I could do it next week cause it seems like we could get alot more people (you guys might want to try and get one together for next week without me).
