  1. Theoretically if you had a bank account overseas could you play and transact buisness while being here in the united states. It would be if you had an address there but were here and playing online????
  2. Besides proving your residency and having a bank account, if you were to play from the US, you would have to use a VPN that is undetectable by the sites. I am not sure how easy this is, from what I understand sites are looking for VPNs and you are taking a risk here, but could be off-base. When I go back to the US for 10 days in August, I plan to only play on merge and avoid stars & party for that time period instead of risking it.
  3. Yeah this seems like a really bad idea. Even if this works 99% of the time, once you get caught they will close the account and seize your funds. Do some basic probabilities to figure out what odds of not being detected per session you need to justify this and you will probably see that it's not a very good idea.
  4. I thought it was not illegal to play poker in the US but illegal for banks to handle the funds from gambling sites??

  5. The sites themselves have rules though, and the sites that do not allow US residents to play usually take people trying to circumvent these rules seriously. You might be able to do it, but you are taking a risk you will get caught and have your funds confiscated.
