Seems he is back from his extended holiday and y'day logged 12 hours at nosebleed PLO 100/200-400 with a 'tidy' $600k+ profit .....fffffffffk.........this was despite losing 120k the day before ....biggest loser was vietrussian -240k for the day ...how do these lyrs come back from that?
I would love to know where all these players get their 'roll'....surely not all have just built it up and then risked it again and again ...many must be backed by perhaps by both 'legitimate & illigimate' sources ....
I find it hard to believe anyone just one day started out playing 1/2 and then worked it up steadily overcoming daily variance to build it up to 100k+ rolls. I just don't think it's possible (eg reference Cates/Mercado/Quareshi multi-accntg scandal....Qureshi would hype Mecado as a poker whiz kid on all sorts of social media platforms, and that led to Mecado being given pro status on a European skin. He even did an interview saying how he worked up from micro stakes to playing nosebleeds). I remember thinking wow, thats impressive. Upon investigation, yet 'another' deception by established poker players ....
Do you think most of these nosebleed players are backed whether it be through legitimate or illegitimate money? I say this because it is well known 'illegal money' is often laundered daily at casino's....
But im interested to know if anyone knows anyone online who has genuinely worked up their bankroll from small limits to higher cash games.... and who? -
hes 500k down today roughly
-
ouch, yes i just saw him go up approx 120k in a few hands, and then lose 150k in less then 30 minutes.....freaking amazing.
My god that roll, would last me for years with good br mngt. Still, it's entertaining to watch and ponder.. -
pretty sure !p0kerparty! as done it twice in the last 4 months

really? hmm... i'll have to look into that on ptr. I just find to hard to believe anyone can consistently build up a roll from say .5/1+ to enable playing 50/100. I know people lose their br often, but some also are able to redeposit into their account say 5-10k and then take shots again vs rebuild at the micro end again.
Then when you hear of all these wonder kids who later get caught in the various scandals, it only make me wonder more so how they do it and what else is really going on behind the scenes that most people don't hear off until something is exposed.
ps just saw isildur lose a bundle today ... wish i had his cash flow/supply .... id love to know his sources...
