    Well this is the start of a journey and path I am gonna enjoy I am sure. I am a hardworking individual and have set some goals and I am a firm believer in achieving things you set out to! Just have to have a little belief in yourself.

    I have asked a really good friend of mine who has been training me in this dungeon of the online game of poker. I have learned lots and am continuing to do so. He has told me to read a couple of books which I am continuing to do so, you can always go back and go over stuff you may have missed. It pays to listen sometimes in life and this was the time to. I have set some goals of playing online full time one day, I will be doing that very soon I do believe!

    Well my journey will begin today! I will blog and say how I do on this path of mine, I am doing something I love and am getting very good at, still not thee best I know I can be. Takes lots of patience in this game of poker. I am just gonna start by playing micro MMT and the 180 man $2.50 SNG’s. I will work my way up the ladder, but you cannot just jump in with all the big dogs!

    I am gonna start with $50 and see where I can get with that, I am very confident that I will be able to build this bankroll up. As long as I stay focused I know I will do just fine. Wish me well and will keep the pocket fives community updated!

    GL good post.. Its nice to see your not jumping straight in saying you wanna be a millionaire next week. one thing i would say is keep it verrrry simple in the $2.50 180 man turbos and also

    Follow this guide when <10BB which you will be alot of the times when grinding these

    how many tables are you playing? $50 is just not enough bankroll to start with, so don't get discouraged if you go broke quickly.

    Well I am in the money now with 234 left in the 2.20+R NL !0k gtd sitting in 59th with 57 706 chips

    Hello kingpinofkw here,

    On day one I played for just over 8 hours, started the day with my $50 that I started with. I finished outta the money in all the tourneys I played in, but 1. All in all I enjoyed my day of playing which is the main thing. If you have a bad day you cannot get discouraged with it. It will just bring you down the gutter even more.

    But I played in 11 tourneys yesterday and cashed in 1 which was a 62nd place finish in a 2.20 rebuy tourney, I cashed for $30 and ended the day with $45.32 only a loss of $4.68. I will touch base again either tomorrow or Monday and tell you how the rest of the weekend went.

    dude u need to read Jennifears bankroll management plan its on this site, search for it, $50 is not enough to play 2,20+R tourneys I can assure you this, gl all the same bro!

    Good luck man, looking forward to the updates and im rooting for you. Obviously you know you're underrolled but it's definitely feasible. Play ABC poker, put in volume and you can beat up on the micro's pretty handily.

    However, I would stay away from the rebuys for now. They will still be around after you build your roll a little bit. like Robin said, you will have a hard enough time playing 2.50's 180 mans with your roll and rebuys get expensive pretty quick.

    Did you get any playing in today? How'd it go for you?

    I just got in and am just starting to play right now, and yes you are right I do know I am underolled, just getting back into the poker seriously again. But when next pay comes in another $150 is going on the bankroll, unless I hit something this weekend. But thanks for the encouragement it is much appreciated. I will update later on.

    UPDATE:I had to reload more money on to my account this morning, this whole thing is trial and error. I love challenges in life and this is one that I will conquer and this battle is always on going, and an amazing one at that. It is lots of fun times. I put $300 on this time and changed the game plan up a little, see if it works. Talk to you all soon

    what do you mean by change up the game plan? I would still stick to 2.50's with the $300 roll. Be patient, be patient.

    $50 isn't enough for the $2.50 180 mans and small mtts. Get a bigger bank roll. Good luck though.

    I see you put $300 on. Just grind the $250 180 mans only. Very soft games.
