ya who do u think are most oi from the mtt regs and why(poker or life wise),...
Ill start off with firaldo87
I remember like 2 years back when we all had almost no real money to oure name firaldo got deep in the 215$ ftop 6max, was like 100k to first.
with 7 people left(ft bubble) butten opens firaldo 3bets (some random trash)the bb cold 4bets, then it got rly quite on the skype call and firaldo 5bet jammed.
when the guy folded we where still quite for like 30 second and then we all screamed and laughed.
I remember I think it was Cleeshay who after 5 minutes not saying anything said:
"yo wait, did that just happen?"
he ended up getting like 4th for 33k, was the most exiting rail ever.
remember this is when even 3betting was still kind of a sick move and the 7th place money was like 2x his roll. -
firaldo irl oi factor is suppppper high...his poker one is high, but like, doesn't touch the irl one, especially when that bac gets going
idk...gotta give the highest oi factor ever to the late dana gordon. never seen someone so oi constantly. folds to him int he cutoff, he's got 60bb...he's all in...oh you minraised him at 50/100? well he's got 10k he's all in. how much is in the pot? 4500? he bets 53...you shoved for 10k? he snap calls...he has Q high, wug u
rip pareshjain, gonna miss seeing you at the tables
honorable mention: jymaster circa early 2010, kid literally never folded ever, regardless of how strong his opponent was repping
cupcake the pig....for having an awesome name and for just calling down 100% of hands regardless of what comes out or what they are holding. not sure he knows what oi means...but he clearly embodies being oi when your name is cupcake the fucking pig and you never fold ever. i don't know you man, but i sure hope you read this, cause you're awesome
and last but not least gotta give the tip of the hat to neverscaredb. probably more back in 2009 or so than now, but still... never will forget the first tourney i played with him in 2008...sat with him for like 200 hands deep in the 11r and his hud stats were like 45/27...he just lacked a fold button. didn't matter tho, cause he won like every pot anyway. and never heard someone say "but we have the backdoor 5th nut flush draw blocker" before as a reason to shove on someone...really seems like the definition of oi

Don't think it qualifies.

This. I would berate him more often but I think he would enjoy it too much. Makes objectively awful calls all the time just to gambool.

pgh you misunderstood, jalman was nominating himself.
redcap a good kid so i'll let him in on our awesome inside acronym. oi=over it.
there are kinda 2 types of oi, the type gray and munchen have where they are so good and care so much that they realize that they can be very scary with an oi style. bad oi is like giving up, and the guys that do that dont win very often. -
ty, think i got it. basicly someone with balls/someone who is willing to flip for huge stacks when there's a lot of $$ at stake/someone who is just annoying having at the table/someone who doesnt make optimal decisions for himself but still makes the life of everyone else at the table very hard (like calling huge shoves with SCs/low PP when u have AK and u just piss ur pants because that hand has good equity vs ur hand)/etc?

nah youre overthinking it. oi is just when youre, ya know, oi.
cant believe zackattak hasnt been mentioned. Also I hear that Chad Batista used to get really oi and just shove every hand in every tourney -

firaldo had an ace blocker iirc! but ya that hand was too sick, i was just getting into mtts and cleeshay let me in on that skype call and i'll prob never forget that moment. like 1 week before, firaldo was considering trying to get a job or something like that...was just too sick.

Reason: you kids think you're so cool with your slang words and your music television -
like call me or take the piss out of me for not knowing
-
Slate is a fine-grained gray, green, or bluish metamorphic rock easily split into smooth, flat plates
thought everyone knew that?
