    Beware of his scams, crosspost from 2p2.

    Nathan Grow, from Jacksonville, FL currently living in Melbourne Australia is a scamming, lying, thief.

    In September he made this thread:

    He never even bothered to pickup a horse; this was a scam from the start.

    He collected 15k from 4 investors then disappeared. He later resurfaced online claiming it was stolen, however this has been confirmed and admitted to be a lie. He was broke and stole the money for life expenses.

    He is also currently multi-accounting (not true MA but the acct is not his) on pokerstars on the acct chilli1231.

    I was formerly backed by Nate, and he posted this same post on many staking sites. I replied via E-mail, and he messaged me back saying he wanted to add me to his stable. I then played for him for 3 months, leaving only because the SNG grind was boring me at that point. I don't think he posted anywhere on the OP saying he accepted me to the stable. The thing about the investors I have no idea about, and hope that's incorrect information/he makes good on that.

    *Not vouching for Nate, nor have I talked to him in several months. Only in here disputing the fact that he didnt pick up a horse from the OP.

    Check your dates bro. Sure his previous stable was successful, but the one he started in september was a scam from the start.

    Ugh really sucks you got scummed op. i guess since i know nate from atleast 2 years ago or so i should comment. not at all surprised by this, he was always a do anything to get ahead type of person and to me it seemed like just a matter of time til he ended up burning some1 severely just like he did in this case. if it helps at all you can PM me for his aim username but i have had him blocked on there for quite awhile so i can never even tell when he's online.

    o ya also refer back to whatshoulditbe's reply in nates staking thread on this sites staking forum as well for what kinda person nate really is

    dont believe so...i know his original stars account was locked/banned for sum reason back in the day and he was using like his brothers or something but the chilli123 account OP referred to was some friends of his in australia if i remember what he told me just after the WSOP correctly.

    tbh tho it is possible cus i know he used to brag about having more than 1 account on stars after his original got banned or w/e but i couldnt tell you for sure

    kinda shitty considering we've (meaning OP n myself) have probably at some point been in skype chats with him etc back in the good ol' days of online poker. Kinda didn't see him needing to do somethin like this, but, didn't see BF happening either, which probably caused a lot of this shit to happen anyway.

    This may have some truth to it, but I think even if BF didn't happen Nate still would have ripped people off.

    anyways just wanted to say I too have had financial difficulties with Nate. I'm not going into detail as it happened about 2 years ago, and if I were to make it public I would have by now. But now as these type of threads have been emerging I want to also confirm that Nate is untrustworthy.

    Yeah hes getting one of those. He got a total of 5 victims for 22k total. Pretty sweet scam, bigger than any score he's ever had at the tables.
