Had this problem of not being able to transfer but, he would have had to have heaps of points to play the schedule that he was playing so if he wants to be honest and say whether he did this in order to play those or not then we won't know. Also Fwiw the verification process takes alot longer then just 24hrs. ( Been thurr done that)

Don't you have to verify your account to cashout?
I doubt OP would back a losing player that had never cashed out.
Everything seems justified imo. -
If op had tranferred 3 days previous, Leo would have to wait to the 4th day to xfer back. I had to wait to xfer the other day. Basically comes down to if he had enough Pts OT of he was freerolling u. Tough to say, he prob should have contacted u prior to playing and said what he was doing. Sounds slightly shady and if he was playing a schedule u didn't want him to then potential future backers should be made aware of that.

Its also different than the story OP was fed on it. He was told that he needed to be verified, which seems hard to believe if he was backing other horses before and has had some good scores on Lock in the past.

I used the wrong terminology in my last post. He never said his account was restricted...he said his transfers were (apparently there is a 4-day window you can't transfer funds just sent to your account). Apologies for this mix-up.
In the end I think this issue comes down to intent. There is no way of knowing what would have happened if he had a really bad session following the day I dropped him. I just hope others are wary when it comes to doing business with him in the future since there clearly was a lack of communication on his side.
